	29th Conference on Hurricanes and Tropical Meteorology May 10-14, 2010 Jessica Turner presented results on “The Effect of Warmer SST on a Stochastic Atlantic Hurricane Model”.
	2010 CAS Spring Meeting May 25, 2010 Don Windeler, director of model management, will participate on a panel discussing the changes in U.S. earthquake at the 2010 Casualty Actuarial Society Spring Meeting in San Diego.
	Munich Re – LSE Roundtable: "How can Climate Change Science and Economics better Support the Insurance Industry" May 26, 2010 Robert Muir-Wood was invited to participate in a round table discussion in this event organized by Munich Re and the LSE in London.
	28th IUGG Conference on Mathematical Geophysics June 8, 2010 Gordon Woo will co-convene in a session on Quantifying the Uncertainty in Earth System at the 28th IUGG Conference on Mathematical Geophysics: Modeling Earth Dynamics: Complexity, Uncertainty, and Validation in Pisa, Italy.
	Lloyd's & London Market Seminar July 15, 2010 Claire Souch will be speaking about catastrophe model developments at the Lloyd's and London Market Seminar on July 15, 2010 held at the Corporation of Lloyd's, Old Library.
	Department of Energy & Climate Change July 21, 2010 Robert Muir-Wood will be speaking at an event hosted by DECC on how insurance companies price the risk and uncertainty relating to extreme weather events in the short term. Alongside this topic, Robert will also cover the long term impacts of climate change and the usages of climate models to do so.
	2010 Analytics Insights Conference July 21-23, 2010 Aon Benfield hosts a topical forum on the convergence of a wide range of perspectives, knowledge and insight focused on the leading issues of today and tomorrow. Patricia Grossi, director of research publications, will be giving a talk on "Haiti/Chile Earthquake Update". Michael Young, senior director of mitigation and regulatory affairs, will present on "mitigation credits in Florida". Matthew Nielsen, senior product manager, is participating in a panel discussion on the differences in results between different modeling techniques.
	GPU Technology Conference 2010 September 20-23, 2010 Philippe Stephan, CTO of RMS, will be giving a talk at the Nvidia GPU Technology Conference entitled, "Staying Fast and Flexible with a GPU Heart". The conference is held during September 20-23 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California.
